Video Editing by Memo
Hello! Thank you for visiting my website! I give you a warm welcome. I'm a video editor and work with a wide range of videos with a variety of techniques. You send me the footage (I also provide royalty-free footage in case you need it) and I edit it. You get the final say for all the creative decisions. Let’s turn your idea into reality!
About Memo
I love crafting stories that both entertain and leave a mark. I started editing years ago, by stitching our family vacation videos together. I added sound effects, music and showed it to them in an old projector! I constantly think about how big and small changes affect the way the audience feels when watching a video. Which transition gets the audience to feel calm, and which one uneasy? How about I leave that shot for two or three more seconds?

How it works
Send me a message that describes the video that you have in mind. Let me know when you have availability for a 30 minute phone or Zoom call. We can also forego the call and communicate via text message, WhatsApp, or email if you prefer. In that back and forth, we figure out your vision for the video. Some people already have a clear idea of what they want, while others like to figure it out as they go. I help those that haven’t figured it out by giving ideas and examples.
After we understand and define the video, I send you a proposal. It contains a description of the video, a due date for me to deliver it to you, a video delivery method (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc), and a price. The price varies according to the length and complexity of the video. If you do not approve the proposal, then we keep modifying it until you accept it. Before approving it, you may cancel this whole process at no cost. If you approve it, then I start to edit.
Once I finish the video, I send you an invoice and the video with a watermark. After you send me the payment, I send you a receipt and the video without a watermark. That concludes the process. Enjoy the video!
In some cases, a client wants to make some changes the video. The proposal includes five changes to the video at no cost. Additional changes cost $10 each. I have the final say over what counts as a single change or multiple changes. I always ask for your approval before using any of the five changes included in the proposal, or adding any $10 changes to the price. After we approve a change, I have 24 hours to make it and deliver the new video to you.
