After discussing it, I send you a proposal which includes a description of the agreed video, a time estimate, and a price. That puts us both on the same page. No last-minute price-hikes or unpleasant surprises. Once you approve the proposal, I begin to edit and send it to you once I finish. I charge half the price before starting, and the other half after finishing.

I do small changes for free, but for the big changes I send you a proposal. I determine what counts as a small change and what counts as a big change.
